Wet strength tissue paper can be used in many ways!
To use for model or lantern making, you can wet with diluted PVA using a brush or sponge.
Once the tissue is wet, lay over your structure and leave to dry!
Once dry you can overlay with coloured tissue paper, to provide colour and even more strength
